Three-Day Acupuncture Intensive
Three acupuncture appointments – one every day for three consecutive days - Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This is designed for people who want a concentrated period of treatment rather than appointments spread over several weeks.
The Intensive brings three appointments close together rather than spreading treatment over several weeks. It may suit you if you are travelling some distance to the clinic or prefer treatment in a short, defined block.
When might an Intensive be useful?
People do not always come to the clinic with one problem.
You may be dealing with several things at once — changes in hormones, poor sleep, neurodivergence, or neurodivergent traits, work and life pressure, a health condition, medication, or other demands.
Your first Intensive is preceded by an Overload & Recovery Review™. This helps us consider the wider factors that may be affecting how you feel and function. This, and the Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment are used to plan your acupuncture treatment.
The Intensive then brings three individual acupuncture treatments together over three consecutive days.
What is included
- Friday — 90 minutes. Your first Intensive begins with a longer 90 minute appointment; returning Intensive clients need only 60 minutes.
- Saturday — 60 minutes.
- Sunday — 60 minutes.
- An Overload & Recovery Review™ is included with your first Intensive, to be completed at least 48 hours before your first appointment.
£210 in total paid in full at the time of booking.
