Information We Collect

• —Payment information processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card details.
• —Technical data such as your IP address, browser type and usage information collected automatically when you visit the site.

The Overload & Recovery Review™

The Overload & Recovery Review™ is a structured, evidence-informed educational assessment designed to help people better understand factors that may be influencing their recovery, energy and day-to-day functioning. It generates a personalised report to support understanding, prioritisation and informed decision-making.

When you complete the Overload & Recovery Review™ we collect the answers you provide to questions about factors such as sleep, work demands, lifestyle, health, biological factors, medications and recovery, along with your name and contact details so we can send you your report.

We collect this information solely to generate your personalised report and to send it to you. Some of the information you provide is health information. Health information is Special Category Personal Data under UK GDPR and is given additional protection. We process it only with your explicit consent, which you give before you begin the assessment, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Your report is generated using automated processing that applies evidence-informed assessment criteria to the answers you provide. The report is educational and is intended to support your understanding and decision-making. It does not make decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you, and it does not diagnose medical, mental health or neurodevelopmental conditions.

How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our payment processor, email and hosting providers, and only to the extent necessary. These providers are required to protect your data and use it only as instructed. We may disclose information where required by law.

Data Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, including to meet legal, accounting and regulatory requirements. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

When you first arrive we ask you to choose what to allow. Nothing other than essential storage is placed on your device until you make that choice, and everything non-essential is off by default. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent stops any further collection.

Essential. Storage needed for the site to work, including your cookie choice itself and the identifier that keeps a purchase together while you complete it. These cannot be turned off.

Measurement. If you allow measurement, we store a small record in your browser's local storage holding the campaign parameters in the web address you arrived with (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), the page you landed on, and the date and time of that first visit. It tells us how people find us. It contains nothing about your answers, your report or your health, and it is not shared with anyone. It stays in your browser until you clear your browser storage or withdraw consent. If you buy the Overload & Recovery Review™, these campaign values are attached to the payment record held by our payment provider for up to seven years alongside the transaction.

Advertising. If you allow advertising, we load the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). It sets Meta's own cookies, including _fbp and _fbc, which typically last up to three months, and it records that you viewed the Overload & Recovery Review™ page, began checkout, or completed a purchase. It runs only on our public information pages. It never runs on the assessment, the snapshot, your report, or any account or admin area.

We also send a matching record of a completed purchase directly from our server to Meta using their Conversions API. That server record carries the purchase value, a shared event reference so it is not double-counted against the browser event, and the standard Meta identifiers described above: the _fbp and _fbc values, your IP address and your browser's user agent. It is sent only where you have allowed advertising. We do not enable advanced matching, so we never send your email address, your name or anything else that identifies you directly, and we never send anything derived from your answers or your report.

Meta acts as an independent controller for the information it receives, and this may involve transfers outside the UK under the safeguards in Meta's own terms. Our lawful basis for both the measurement and advertising storage is your consent.
