Jennifer Young Clinic provides assessment, investigation and educational services to help you understand factors that may be affecting your recovery, energy and functioning. Our services are educational and supportive in nature. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or advise changes to prescribed treatment. Bookings and Payment

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Your Responsibilities

• —You should continue any medical treatment as prescribed and share relevant findings with your doctor.

Reports and bespoke materials are provided for your personal use and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Our services and website content are provided for information and support. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
