Jennifer Young Clinic provides assessment, investigation and educational services to help you understand factors that may be affecting your recovery, energy and functioning. Our services are educational and supportive in nature. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or advise changes to prescribed treatment. Please see our Important Information page for the scope of our work.

Bookings and Payment

• —Prices for services are shown on the website and are payable at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• —Some services require a deposit to secure your appointment or to begin preparation of bespoke work.
• —Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
• —By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

The Overload & Recovery Review™

The Overload & Recovery Review™ is a structured, evidence-informed educational assessment designed to help people better understand factors that may be influencing their recovery, energy and day-to-day functioning. It generates a personalised report to support understanding, prioritisation and informed decision-making.

• —Purpose and limitations: the Review is educational. It is not a medical assessment, diagnosis, screening programme or treatment, and it does not replace assessment or advice from your GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
• —Eligibility: the Review is intended for adults aged 18 or over completing it for themselves.
• —Your responsibilities: the report is based entirely on the information you provide, so you agree to answer as accurately and completely as you can. You remain responsible for decisions about your health and care.
• —Personalised reports: your report is generated using automated processing that applies evidence-informed assessment criteria to your answers. Each report is individually prepared for you.
• —Payment: the price of the Review is shown on the website and is payable at the time of purchase. Before payment you will be asked to confirm that you have read this page, our Privacy Policy, and that you consent to us processing your information, including health information, to generate your report.
• —Cancellation and refunds: because the report is a personalised digital product, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The educational content within the Overload & Recovery Review™ is reviewed periodically to reflect current evidence and good practice. Reports are generated using the version of the assessment available at the time they are produced.

Your Responsibilities

• —You remain responsible for decisions about your health and care, made together with your healthcare professionals.
• —You should continue any medical treatment as prescribed and share relevant findings with your doctor.
• —You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse or disrupt it.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, reports and the Overload & Recovery Review™, is owned by or licensed to Jennifer Young Clinic and is protected by intellectual property law. Reports and bespoke materials are provided for your personal use and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our services and website content are provided for information and support. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
