Supporting Investigation
Lab Investigations
Lab Investigations are available as standalone services and may also be recommended following an Overload & Recovery Review™.
If you are unsure which investigation may be most appropriate, the Overload & Recovery Review™ is usually the best place to start.
Sometimes further investigation can help answer specific questions about factors affecting recovery, energy and functioning.
These investigations involve laboratory-based testing analysed by accredited laboratories. The collection method is specific to each investigation and is shown alongside it below.
Testing is not routinely recommended and is not required for most clients.

Why Consider Further Investigation?
The purpose of laboratory testing is not simply to generate more information.
It is to help answer specific questions.
There may be several factors affecting how you are functioning. Laboratory investigations can sometimes help identify which factors deserve further attention and which are less likely to be contributing.
Results are reviewed in the context of your assessment, symptoms, history and circumstances.
You receive the information.
You decide what to do next.
