Refund Policy
Last updated: 20 June 2026
This Refund Policy sets out when refunds are and are not available for services provided by Jennifer Young Clinic. It forms part of our Terms of Service and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable, except where you request a change to your booking at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you contact us more than 48 hours before your appointment to amend, reschedule or cancel, we will refund the deposit or transfer it to a rescheduled appointment. If you contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
Overload & Recovery Review™ and Bespoke Reports
The Overload & Recovery Review™ report and other bespoke reports are individually prepared, personalised pieces of work created specifically for you. Because they are bespoke and made to your specification, they are non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that this is a bespoke, made-to-order service and that your statutory right to cancel does not apply.
Appointments and Sessions
- —You may reschedule an appointment with reasonable notice, subject to availability.
- —Where a deposit applies, the deposit terms above govern any refund.
- —If we cancel an appointment and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid for that appointment.
Lab Investigations
Lab tests and investigations are non-refundable once purchased, as the service and any associated laboratory costs are committed on your behalf.
How to Request a Change or Refund
