Maximising the benefits of weight loss (ear) acupuncture

You have read about how weight management acupuncture changes behaviours and desires, cravings disappear and a feeling of calm descends.

 

How then, can you maximise this opportunity to manage your weight?

 

I suggest that you already know the usual answer to this question, we all do. We hear it all of the time, don’t we? It is the broken record of healthcare professionals and influencing gurus.

 

Eat less and exercise more.

 

Yeah right.

 

I am sure this will work if you are well enough.

 

By well, I mean balanced, hormonally. So many of us push ourselves to exercise when we just don’t have the hormones to support the energy expenditure. We are exhausted and we  can’t make it work. No matter how hard we try.

 

Eating well is easier when you are not driven by cravings. We all know that dogged determination to find a sugar fix. It might be driven by tiredness, stress or timing.

 

In each case, the underlying cause is……hormones.

 

It is my belief that when we sort the hormones (via auricular acupuncture) it is much easier to eat less and exercise more.

 

With that in mind, whilst basking in the afterglow of an ear acupuncture for weight management session, eat well.

 

Exercise can wait until you can no longer contain your boundless energy.

 

Until then, go to bed early and sleep, lots.
