Research suggests that auricular acupuncture is beneficial in managing anxiety, depression and improving sleep.
In addition, our clients tell us we have helped them to cope in situations that they would previously have found very stressful.

Our recommendation
âI was a complete sceptic. I had zero expectation of change as a result of needles being stuck in my ears.  Every time I have auricular acupuncture, my mood lifts. I canât explain it, but it happensâ - TL, Cheshire
We recommend you come to us with an open mind. We donât expect anything of you other than remaining still whilst the needles are inserted and whilst they are in place.
During your treatment
You donât have to talk about your challenges with your practitioner. You can if you want to. Whilst we are not counsellors, we are all good listeners. We wonât offer advice or opinions, we can just listen if you decide to talk.
Your consultation form is sent to you when you book your appointment. You decide what you would like us to help with. There is never a need to discuss the what, how or why.
When you arrive, we will check that your treatment objectives are as on the form. Next, needles are inserted into your ear. You sit in a high chair whilst this is done. If you wish, you will be helped from the chair onto a therapy bed so that you can snooze whilst the needles remain in your ears.
The needles are removed after about 20 - 30 minutes.

"I've been having auricular acupuncture for about four weeks and it's been really amazing. I asked Jennifer to help me with pain in my back. It went pretty quickly the first session and on the third time it just disappeared altogether."
